Any claims of damaged, faulty, or incorrect items must be made “immediately upon receipt” of your order, and not after the item has been used or worn. Claims that the product has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

At Shapewear.pk, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. This policy ensures you have enough time to try on your items and make sure they meet your expectations. If you decide that a return or exchange is necessary, we’re here to help—simply make sure the following conditions are met for a smooth and hassle-free process:
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- The item must be in its “original condition”: unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- The product must have all “tags” still attached and must be returned in “original packaging”.
- You must provide “proof of purchase” (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
2. Exceptions to Returns
- We cannot accept returns for “used, worn, or damaged” items caused by customer negligence.
- We cannot accept returns if the item has been “altered”, “washed”, or “damaged” after delivery.
- “Sale items”, “gift cards”, “custom products”, “personalized items”, “perishable goods”, and “beauty products” are non-returnable.
- For health and safety reasons, “intimate wear” cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
3. How to Return an Item

- Please provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your return (e.g., damaged, wrong item received).
- If the return is approved, we will provide you with a “return shipping label” and “instructions” for how to return the item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is “damaged”, “defective”, or “incorrect”, please contact us immediately at “support@shapewear.pk” with a photo of the item and any related issue.
- We will evaluate the issue and provide a “full refund”, “replacement”, or “exchange” at no additional cost to you.
5. Exchanges
- To exchange an item, simply return the original product and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for. Once we receive the return, we will process it and issue a refund if applicable.
6. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
7.Non-returnable Items
- Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, or any used beauty products. We also cannot accept returns on items marked as final sale or discounted.
