Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

SHIPPING CHARGES

1- Shapewear Provides free shipping on orders above PKR 3000/- (Only in Pakistan)
2- For the orders below PKR-3000/- A standard rate of PKR-150 will be charged. (Only in Pakistan)
3- International delivery charges are PKR.5000/- per kg or may be vary due to increase or decrease in fuel prices.
4- Cash on delivery serive is not available for international customers.
5- Shipping policy can be changed depending on special promotion or sale from Shapewear.
6- Out of coverage areas like villages, sub rural areas or any other address which is not covered the house number, street number etc will be charge in advance of 25% of total invoice.

DELIVERY TIME

1- The expected delivery time for the All Products is 3-7 working days.
2- International delivery time for all the products is 7-40 working days.
3- Orders placed after 4:00 P.M, Sunday or any gazetted holiday/s will be processed on the next working day.
4- Orders may face temporary delay during promotional or sale days due to the heavy flow of orders.

NOTE:

1. Delivery may take longer time in remote areas of Pakistan.
2. Shapewear.pk holds the right to process orders without telephonic verification for the customers who confirmed their order through SMS/Whats App/FB.
3. Shapewear holds the right to cancel the order/s with an intimation of cancellation through call.
